Financial Details
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Payment details for birth services are available in the financial agreement contract.
Current clients may make payments with credit/debit, FSA, HSA, or Apple Pay. Card, cash and check payments may be made in person.
Journey Midwifery is a self pay practice, meaning services are paid by the client. We do not bill insurance. TRICARE families are given a super bill to help file for partial reimbursement after birth if the baby. If you have private insurance, a superbill can be given upon request for you to submit to your insurance company to apply for reimbursement. We do not guarantee that your insurance company will give reimbursement.
Payment Options:
- We accept cash and checks, Health Savings and Flex Spending Account cards (HSA/FSAs), credit cards (credit card transactions incur a 3% processing
- We see a limited amount of clients to ensure that individuals have access to quality healthcare care.
If you have private insurance with a major insurance carrier, you can likely utilize insurance for lab tests and ultrasounds; as those are performed by independent labs and imaging places that are in net work with most major insurance.
